What is a Cancellation Note?
A cancellation note is an email that is sent to your customer when you cancel an order. They're important because it builds a communication link between you and your customers and also makes sure that your stock numbers are correct by putting ring-fenced stock back into your 'on hand' stock.

The Cancellation Note is created once you cancel your items AND complete a cancelled order.
