What are Product Reviews?

• Product Reviews are when your customers rate your products. These are helpful for both SEO and conversion rate optimisation. More information about reviews can be found here.
• If a customer has purchased a particular item, you can set up an automated workflow to email them for a review. 

How can you set up a Review Reminder Email?

To email customers automatically for reviews, you will need to add three Automated Workflows.

Click Settings > Automated Workflows. Click Browse All.

Find the Review workflows and add the following: 

To look at your reviews, go to My Sites > Reviews
