Adding Products to Google Merchant Centre

Adding products to your Google Merchant Centre is an integral part of your online marketing strategy. However, this can seem like a daunting task. 

On this page:

  • Find Feed in your settings
  • Create your feed within your Merchant Centre
  • Fetch your feed and add your products
  • Check for any errors... 

Find Feed in your settings

Log into your iPages admin area. 

Click on Settings > Sales.

Create your feed within your Merchant Centre

Log into your Google Merchant Centre account. Ensure this is validated and linked to your Google Adwords account. 

Once logged in, click on Feeds on the left hand side. Register a new feed and click 'Continue'. 

Click continue. Choose FTP /Regular input as your input method. Enter the feed details from the back of your iPages website. 

Fetch your feed and add your products

Click 'Fetch now' and the feed will begin 'Processing' 

Check for any errors... 

Your upload may not fully import all the products due to errors. You will then need to read the guidelines, re-edit your data until your feed is fit for purpose.
